These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the SWIBL web site located at www.swibl-baseball.org and further
referenced as “Site”. The Site is the property of the Southwestern Illinois Baseball League. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

SWIBL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your
responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will
mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, SWIBL grants you a personal, non-
exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

The SWIBL website is for use by SWIBL teams only. Any content published by any non-SWIBL team is subject to be deleted and their
corresponding user account suspended.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE
You are the sole responsible party for any content that you provide or submit to this site. In no way shall you submit any copyrighted
information to this site without the written consent of the copyright holder. In addition, you shall not post any inflammatory remarks on this
site about other teams, players, coaches, personal or city. Any violation of these rules will result in an immediate termination/suspension of
your account and possible removal from the league.

PRIVACY
A member id (or username) is required for one to use this site. We collect certain information during the registration process that may be
publicly viewable on this site. Certain data elements are required including email address. Non-required information may be provided at the
discretion of the registrant. SWIBL reserves the right to allow their sponsors to send information about their products and services to all
registered members.

SWIBL will make every attempt to ensure that the data posted to this site is kept private and secure. However, by you registering on this site
you acknowledge that there may be some security risks related to the information submitted on this site.

DISCLAIMER
SWIBL DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR
UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against SWIBL by any third party
due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
